How long does an Umrah visa take from the UK?

For UK nationals, obtaining an Umrah visa typically takes between 3 to 7 working days, depending on the processing service and time of year. During peak seasons like Ramadan, processing times may be longer due to increased demand.

How to perform UMRAH

1. Ihram (Intention and Dress) Make niyyah (intention) for Umrah. Wear Ihram (2 white cloths for men; modest clothing for women). Recite Talbiyah: “Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk…” 2. Tawaf (7 Circuits Around Kaaba) Start at the Black Stone, say: “Bismillah, Allahu Akbar”. Walk 7 times around the Kaaba counter-clockwise. Men uncover right shoulder (Idtiba) and brisk walk in first 3 rounds (Ramal). 3. Pray 2 Rak'ahs Pray behind Maqam Ibrahim if possible. 4. Drink Zamzam Water 5. Sa’i (Safa to Marwah) Walk 7 times between Safa and Marwah. Run between green lights (men only). 6. Haircut (Tahalul) Men: Shave or trim. Women: Trim a fingertip’s length.

Is an Appointment Required for Umrah and Visiting Rawdat al-Jannah (Rawda)?

Yes, appointments are still required for both Umrah and visiting Al-Rawdah (Rawdat al-Jannah) in Madinah, as of the latest regulations by Saudi authorities.
